The ideal backpack for any ninja. This bag is slightly bigger than your average backpack but expands to the size of a small duffle bag.
The main two compartments, accessible from the top, are idea for separating your clean clothes from your sweaty recently worn training gear. The mesh fabric on the outer compartment allows your items to air out. The two main compartments are separated by the side pocket that runs along the center of the bag, accessible only through the side pocket.
There’s a slit pocket on the back side, big enough for your phone, keys, wallet, or mouthguard.
The center strap that connects to the shoulder straps can be raised and lowered based on how you like to wear the bag. There’s also a carry handle on the side that turns this thing into a hand-Carey duffle bag when filled to the max.
The D-Ring on the shoulder strap can be used to attach keys.

Please Note: although the bag has been tested with heavy items and held up fine. It is not recommended that you store your larger (40oz +) water bottles in the bag as it will but strain on the seams and mesh.
